Returns Guarantee
We hope you will be really happy with our products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, or indeed should you need to exchange an item this can be done within 30 days, so long as the item has been unworn, is still in a saleable condition and still has the labels attached.
Items that have been pre-washed cannot be returned so please ensure that you are happy with the style and fit ahead of washing BRUNO garment. Please note we are unable to refund or exchange an item without a receipt and the refund will only be made to the original payer.
Refunds can only be made upon our receipt of the returned item. Please allow up to 7 working days for refunds to be processed.
To return an item simply contact us by email mail@brunobaby.co.uk to confirm that you are returning the item.
Note that unless an item is faulty, we cannot refund the postage costs.
We also recommend you obtain proof of posting from the post office when returning goods as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to BRUNO.
Once we have received and verified the returned item, we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
